COMPLETE LAND REPORT
Acre, a state in Brazil, is an awe-inspiring land bestowed with natural wonders. The name Acre itself is derived from the indigenous language of the Apurinã Tribe, where "Aquiri" translates to "river of alligators." The state boasts one of the largest forest reserves in the world, sprawling over an area of 58,912 square miles, that's bigger than England (50,346 square miles) or Nepal (56,956 square miles). The land for investment covers 3,359 square miles of the State of Acre, equivalent to 5.7% of the whole State, evaluated for 100 Billion Euros (which will cover the land and the integration of all assets combined). In 1974 Petrobras found petroleum 40 m beneath the ground but had to stop its exploration because it was claimed as private property.

Our land, situated in the southern part of Acre, Brazil, is a treasure trove of natural resources. It is partially inside the park 'Serra do Divisor' and it borders with Peru at the 'Serra do Contamana' mountain range, offering a stunning backdrop for any development. This region is not only rich in native forests, rivers, and lakes, but also holds significant potential for oil, gas, and mineral exploration, making it an ideal investment for those seeking natural resource opportunities. Acre's serene and picturesque landscape is a haven for nature enthusiasts. This state is a paradise on Earth, from the alligator-infested rivers to the dense forests and the breathtaking mountain ranges.

The Extractive Reserve can be explored for projects such as:
• sustainable wood management,
• a large concentration of chesnuts
• the exploitation of 220 rubber tree roads for latex,
• petroleum, crude oil and natural gas,
• noble ores such as Niobium.
RUBBER TREES
Good to produce mattresses, furniture, dog beds, chewing gum, sporting goods, swim caps, gloves, balloons, tennis shoes, rubber tires, etc.
NIOBIUM
The mineral has innumerable applications, as making capacitors such as lithium niobate and potassium niobate, for optoelectronics and electronics, it has heat-resistant components for aerospace engines, it’s used for medical nuclear magnetic resonance imaging equipment, and in infrared, laser technology.
PETROLEUM
At only 17 to 40 meters beneath the surface. Petroleum provides heat, light, and plastics to global consumers. It is easy to extract, it has a high power ratio and is easy to transport.
DIAMONDS
Diamond is the hardest substance on earth and has the highest thermal conductivity of any material at room temperature. It has qualities needed for numerous industrial purposes.
GOLD
Gold conducts electricity, does not tarnish, and it’s very easy to work with. It can be used and reused, malleable to recycle, can be drawn into wire, can be hammered into thin sheets, and eaten as food when diluted into a monatomic element.
ALEXANDRITE GEM
Alexandrite, an extremely rare colour-changing gemstone, was discovered in Acre in 1987. Brazilian alexandrites exhibit pale blue-green to pale mauve hues under different lighting types. Its formation require both beryllium (Be), one of the rare elements on Earth, and chromium (Cr), which rarely interact in the same geological conditions.
GUARANA
Guarana, obtained from the seeds of Paullina cupana, is a plant native to Brazil that is grown in the Amazon rainforest basin, and mostly used in drinks and dietary supplements. Several benefits can be obtained in a regular usage, leading to a lower incidence of hypertension, obesity, and metabolic syndrome. The alkaloids and their antioxidant and polyphenol properties are essential for a good health.
ANDIROBA
Due to its medicinal properties, the Andiroba plant, or carapa guianensis, has been used for wound healing, to treat arthritis and muscle and joint aches, and as an organic insect repellent. It also reduces skin inflammation, prevents wrinkles and cellulite, and smooths and hydrates skin.
ACAI BERRY
Acai berries contain antioxidants and nutrients that protect against cell damage caused by free radicals. Acai's purple colour comes from the antioxidant anthocyanin. Studies say that anthocyanins may lower “bad” cholesterol.
Of the assets there are three Rubber Trees plantations, Paratari, Triunfo Plot I and II, located inside the national park 'Serra do Divisor' and at the border with Peru, at 'Serra do Contamana' a long mountain range. However, São João, is located in the Alto Juruá Extractive Reserve. In total, there are more than 220 rubber tree paths! The São João rubber tree plantation is a harmonious blend of conservation, productivity, and community development, making it a model for sustainable agriculture. Nestled in the heart of the Alto Juruá Extractive Reserve, the São João rubber tree plantation is a prime example of sustainable production of any kind. The plantation boasts of carbon credit compensation and clean development mechanisms (CDM), which contribute to its eco-friendly operations. Nurtured by the fertile soil and the favourable climate of the Jurua Valley, the plantation produces the finest coffee beans in the region.
Located in the vicinity of Peru, the area is naturally bounded by rivers and streams. The 127,000 hectares of land have been precisely mapped by Federal Government experts, leaving no room for error. The chain of land ownership is impeccably documented, with comprehensive paperwork dating back almost fifty years. Definitive titles, property registry certificates, deeds, ITRs, descriptive memorials, original plans, documents from the Federal Attorney General's Office and measurements carried out by IBAMA irrefutably prove ownership of the land. Furthermore, it is worth noting that the region of Acre boasts one of the world's largest concentrations of chestnut trees and coffee. The area is teeming with biodiversity and is home to various plants and animals such as alligators, jaguars, monkeys, rare birds and plenty of fish.
